Uploading a trade seems doesn't work in uploading a screenshot

hello devs, can you please check why the system is temporarily down? I tried to upload my screenshot trade yesterday and this (photo above) appears and I waited for 15mins but it doesn’t work to upload my trade, and today I tried it again but nothing seems to work. can you please check this? I truly appreciate your craft and dedication to ease up a traders life on inputting his data/her data of trades. hopes this resolves as soon as possible.

Treasuries... and their special tick sizes

I know in Sierra Charts I can change the display format to Decimal but I prefer the fraction sizes. For example ZN is 111’08.50 or 111 8.5/32 Would be cool during entry and exit / target / stop if I could enter 111 8.5/32 and it does the math for me to convert it to decimal. Maybe I will get better at memorizing the decimal conversions, but ZB and ZF are different also lol

Upload a Picture & alt+tab

hi, could you add a feature for uploading picture in trade diary please, I make a trading journal a day before in trade diary, when the bottom, when max price etc, you have a similar feature but if the trade is done, just want to write how accuracy for my graphic chart reading day by day. and one more thing, why your app get refresh when we press alt+tab, it’s so annoying when we already fill anything and want to see trading view or anything, the app is got to back, and we must fill it without look another tab in our laptop. I don’t know if it’s your feature or not, but please don’t make it like that, it’s tiring for filling the data for many times. best regards, robertus robbyn

OKX exchange automated connection

I think MyPnl pro is one of the best trading journal out there when it comes to simplifying your input of each trades specially the feature of uploading the screenshot, I find it more helpful and one of the reason that I purchased lifetime promo recently, but when it comes to importing csv file coming from the exchange where i heavily used in trading (OKX), it can’t map very well and I’m hoping that you’ll add OKX as one of your auto-connected feature for easier access to journal. -From PH

Date issue

Subject: Date Format Issue with ThinkorSwim Data Import Hi, I'm experiencing a date format issue when uploading data exported from ThinkorSwim into MyPnL. My spreadsheet correctly shows today's date as 04/08/2026 (MM/DD/YYYY), however MyPnL is interpreting this as 4th August rather than 8th April, suggesting it is reading the date in DD/MM/YYYY format instead. This appears to affect dates from the 1st through to the 12th of each month — any date where the day value could also be read as a valid month number — and as a result I am having to manually correct the dates on all affected positions after every import, which is time-consuming. Could you please advise whether there is a date format setting within MyPnL that I can adjust, or whether this is something that can be resolved on your end? Many thanks

** Remove Password Requirement for google linked accounts

When i joined with google signin and auto created an account, some options in the settings dialog require a password!!! This IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SECURITY! If I authenticated with google signin, it should not ask for a password. I did try using my google password and it failed - i guess that’s good - but the issues are many. I have now entered my PW into your system and you could have captured it. So i had to change my Google PW to be safe. This is VERY POOR PRACTICE - SO DANGEROUS and SUSPICIOUS!!!!! Of course, now I cannot delete all the demo data - because I need a password and there is not one!
