Subject: Performance issue - large trade volume
Hi,
I wanted to flag a performance issue I've been running into with MyPnL.
I'm a day trader running a high-frequency scalping strategy, so my trade counts are very high - often several hundred to over a thousand individual trades in a single day. Since uploading this volume of data, the site has become extremely slow to use - pulling up trade history, stats, or journal entries takes a long time to load, to the point where it's becoming difficult to actually use day to day.
It seems to be directly related to the sheer number of trade records rather than anything else, since the slowdown got noticeably worse as I uploaded more days of data.
Is this a known limitation with high trade-count accounts? Is there anything that can be done on your end (e.g. performance optimisation, pagination, archiving older trades) to help with this, or any recommended way for me to manage the account so it stays usable?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Gav,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We’ve now optimized the system and resolved the performance problem affecting accounts with a large number of trades.
Please try using your trade history, statistics, and journal again. You should notice significantly faster loading times. If you still experience any slowdown, please let us know which page is affected, and we’ll investigate it further.
