webull import issues

the import tool doesn’t work for scenarios that aren’t BUY XX shares, SELL XX shares.

1. say i buy 100, buy 100, sell 200. this will not import at all. all 3 of these trades will be skipped entirely.

2. say i buy 100, and don’t sell them; i’m holding the shares. this trade will not be imported as an open position. it will be skipped entirely. i have to enter open positions manually.

this has caused my tracking to be off considerably compared to my broker’s records. it’s very hard for me to find the gaps and fix them manually.

i don’t know if this is limited to just import for webull records, or if this is a core problem with the product in general. i hope this can be fixed as i just bought a year sub. thanks!
