new Posts here are automatically set "completed"

Hello, i posted a lot of bugs/requests here and all the new posts are set automatically as “completed”. It should be go into “backlog” and after your review to other states. Because now they are still not solved and i don’t know how to handle that. Should i repost my unsolved posts?
