Need customize template for Takion software.

I am a prop trader and execute all my trades through Takion (US equities). Takion doesn’t Provide One row one trade summary. It shows all the executions chronologically. I tried uploading the CSV file but MyPnl is unable to map the columns required. I tried various methods to create one row onew trade but did not get the required result. Can you please help me with this?
