Commissions are NOT AFFECTING P/L

Feature Request

MyPnL system is not calculating commissions. I tried to add manually, I tried to add in bulk - neither works. This future is essential!

Resolved: Commissions are now correctly affecting P/L.

Manual and bulk-added commissions are now included in P/L calculations.
